Kester 979 Liquid Soldering Flux, VOC-Free No-Clean, 12ml Pen

Kester 979 is a liquid VOC-free no-clean flux for high quality, low-defect soldering of electronic circuit board assemblies. Kester 979 leaves a minimal amount of residue after soldering. Note: Not recommended for use in a soldering process that does not have a preheat cycle associated with it. For example, this will not work well with a soldering iron.

CML Supply purchases Kester 979 flux in bulk quantities from an authorized distributor and repackages this flux in smaller quantities for use in a convenient dispensing pen.

Liquid flux in a dispensing pen is a unique tool for rework and touch-up soldering. It allows controlled application of flux, eliminating the mess from flux bottles. Chisel point allows for work in very confined spaces.
